Every visitor gets his own user. The number of users is unlimited for visitors, only the number of authors, i.e. users who create content, is limited by the license.

How is the Enterprise Glossary made available in the company?

The Enterprise Glossary is installed in the company on-premise on a web server.

Are maintenance costs incurred and what do they include?

Optionally, a maintenance contract can be concluded for 20% of the acquisition costs. Customers with a maintenance contract receive updates with new functions and improvements as well as support for technical problems and questions.

How does logging in to the Enterprise Glossary work?

Users can log in via e-mail and password or via single sign-on via the Microsoft Active Directory. When logging on using single sign-on, users can start directly when they call the application without having to log on manually.
